Dermalogica Returns Policy:
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 30 days to submit a return/refund request to Dermalogica. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.

- To submit your return, use their automated Returns Portal. When uploading a photo, ensure it meets the guidelines and only includes your Dermalogica order with its packaging. Images from external sources will not be accepted. Complying with these instructions will help expedite your refund process.
- Their customer service team will be in contact within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. Dermalogica does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags, or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
Dermalogica Refunds:
They provide a 100% money-back guarantee on all returned Products, regardless of the reason. They happily accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from Dermalogica.co.uk and will issue a full refund once they receive your items within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please be aware that in order to receive a full refund, you will need to return any free promotional items as well. Please note that the delivery charge is non-refundable.
