Doona Returns Policy

Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 28 days to submit a return/refund request to Doona. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now

Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.

While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact them via email at customerservice@cuddleco.co.uk. They are committed to resolving any concerns in the most efficient manner possible and will make every effort to address the issue to your satisfaction.

If you discover that your item is faulty or if you have received the wrong item, please inform them via email within 28 days of receiving the order. Kindly include your order number in the email. They may request you to provide pictures of the damage or ask you to return the product to them. When returning the item, please ensure that a copy of the purchase invoice is included. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the return postage is fully paid and that the item reaches us safely.

Doona Refunds

Once they have received the returned product and determined that it is faulty or incorrect, they will either dispatch a replacement (subject to availability) or provide a refund. In the case of a refund, they will reimburse the cost of the return postage, up to the value of their original delivery charge.
All refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase within 7 working days from the receipt of your product.
